As a former National Winner of the Agri-futures Rural Woman’s Award, Sarah’s considered an authority on rural contraction, decline and exodus, and is widely regarded for her experience in community resilience, revitalisation and next gen foresight.
As a Westpac Social Change Scholar and a thought leader in the field of change, Sarah’s a highly sought after mentor to other trailblazers, movers and shakers and ruckus makers.
In 2020 she was formally appointed a Westpac W100 Mentor in Residence.
Sarah has won a number of awards for her efforts, including the Telstra Business Women’s Award for Purpose & Social Enterprise, and was an SA finalist for the Australian of the Year ‘Local Hero’.
