Innovation doesn’t have to be huge or ground breaking to make a big difference. But the important difference between great ideas and innovations is implementation, making it happen, because inspiration and innovation without constant and relentless implementation backed by resilience is nothing.
The much celebrated Stephen J Hunt is a great example of this, where his single minded and relentless passion has created profit and prosperity for his extended family and community.
Stephen is the founder of Hunt Hospitality, now owning seven pubs worth over $100 million. And he’s the winner of a stack of prestigious awards, including the NSW Business ‘Outstanding Business Leader’, and he’s a finalist in the Australian Financial Review’s ‘Most Innovative Businesses in Australia and New Zealand’ Award.
On top of this, he’s become a private fund manager with over $100 million under management and has over 300 staff.
