The honeymoon is over for Australian property. After a boom period, we’re likely to see property values in many areas and for many properties stagnate and plateau for an extended period of time, as we’ve already talked about on the show extensively.
So if you need to increase your nest egg and you’re serious about continuing to grow equity in the medium term, you’re going to have to adopt a much more active approach to your wealth creation, and one of the best ways to create and manufacture equity is through carefully considered and well executed property development that’s in alignment with your goals, your strategy, your capacity and your risk profile.
