To be successful, we need to dispel the fallacies of fame and learn that quality is more rewarding than quantity
We need to look beyond the ego stimulating allure and superficial fake news ‘noise’ of fame to the genuine fulfillment of doing what you really want to do, not what you should be seen to be doing.
Angus O’Loughlin understands this better than anyone.
He has worked in the entertainment industry for over 15 years, across TV, radio, and podcasts right across the country. Spending years behind the microphone across Australia as a dedicated radio guy, he’s been the host and worked on some of radio’s biggest shows, including National Nights, the Capital City Breakfast Radio and National Weekends, and he used to host the national nightly Hit 30 show.
At the height of his fame, made the decision to step away from the constant 24/7 demands of radio and being in the public eye, to get some time and space back to focus on the quality rather than quantity of life with the establishment of his own awesome studio ‘Sessions in Progress,’ where he now records and distributes podcasts for others while also co-hosting two great podcasts of his own.
In this episode we’re going to unpick the learnings from his journey with fame, fortune and beyond, before deep diving into his personal property investment journey next week.
